As a result, the volume of the microspheres increases. The diameter of a typical microsphere is 20-35um, and the normal volume can be increased by 50-70 times.
The expandable microsphere foaming agent is simple to use and can be added to the formula, and the mixture can be mixed evenly,without needing to adjust the original process. The amount of the foaming agent is generally 1-3% depending on the industry and the achieved effect.
