Newsanda Redispersible Latex Powder (RDP) is mainly used in construction. It has outstanding bonding strength, improves the flexibility of mortar and has a long opening time. It gives the mortar excellent alkali resistance and improves the adhesion of the mortar. In addition to flexural strength, waterproofness, plasticity, wear resistance and constructability, it also has strong flexibility in flexible mortars.

Waterproof mortar

Hydrophobic redispersible latex powder, mainly used for rigid waterproof mortar and swimming pool tile adhesive

Repair mortar
In wet mortar
1. Improve construction performance; 2. Improve flow performance; 3. Increase thixotropy and sag resistance; 4. Improve cohesion; 5. Extend opening time; 6. Enhance water retention.

After the mortar is cured

Physical properties after drying: load-bearing capacity that meets design requirements; excellent adhesion to the underlying layer; matching elastic modulus and appropriate flexibility (bending resistance); good cohesion and wear resistance; shrinkage matching Resistance and low shrinkage; environmentally friendly properties for indoor applications (low VOC content)

Tile adhesive

1. Redispersible latex powder forms a film after dispersion and plays a reinforcing role as the second adhesive;
2. Protect the colloid from being absorbed by the mortar system (it will not be destroyed by water after film formation, or "secondary dispersion");
3. The film-forming polymer resin acts as a reinforcing material and is distributed throughout the mortar system, thereby increasing the cohesion of the mortar.
