To provide adequate protection,acrylic coatings contain more binders and additives designed to high-performance standards,and fewer pigment dispersants,surfactants,and rheology modifiers that negatively affect corrosion resistance.

Newsanda HPMC is available for a variety of waterborne interior and exterior paints.lt is the most widely used thickener in exterior latex paints with wide compatibilities that can be matched with many coating ingredients such as pigments,surfactants emulsifiers, preservatives,and binders.

 
Common tile adhesives in use today are mastic and thinset mortar. The thin-set method iswidely used in the application field of tile adhesive. lt is a multi-functional tile bonding method that can provide longer construction time, better flexibility and strong adhesion.

Thinset (also called thinset mortar, thinset cement, dryset mortar, or drybond mortar) is an adhesive mortar made of cement, fine sand and a water-retaining agent such as an alkylderivative of cellulose. lt is usually used to attach tile or stone to surfaces such as cement or concrete.

Modified thinset has been developed to enhance the strength of the bond in addition to improving working conditions of the material (i.e. working time, working temperature range etc.,). The popularization of the application of fixing large porcelain tiles and ceramic tiles on vertical substrates reguires a hih-performance tile adhesive with excellent slip resistance. Newsanda cellulose ether helps to enhance the construction performance and construction efficiency of tile adhesives. lt can provide water retention and cohesiveness for thinset mortars.

Wall putty is one type of plaster, which called as skin/skim coat. Askim coat is a thin layer of drywall joint compound (also known asmud) that gives walls a glass-smooth finish. lt's used to repair damaged walls and smooth down intentionally applied wall texture.

Strictly speaking, wall putty is a fine powder made of white cement which is mixed with water & other additives to create a solution thatis applied to the wall. lf you apply the solution properly, it fills thecracks, imperfections, and gaps in the wall to create an even basefor your paint. The smooth mixture of wall putty and water fitsperfectly over any type of wall to create a flawless surface in theinterior or exterior of your house. Water retention in plasters andputties is essential to ensure curing without cracking.

Newsanda products are provided to ensure that the putties have good external protection,decorative properties and insulation. Newsanda cellulose ether products are used in cement skim coat/wall putty as a thickening and water retention additive.
According to the definitions of the lnternational Building Code andASTM International, an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFSis a nonload bearing, exterior wall cladding system that consists ofan insulation board attached either adhesively or mechanically, orboth, to the substrate; an integrally reinforced base coat; and atextured protective finish coat. In Europe, systems similar to EIFSare known as External Wall lnsulation System (EWIS) and ExternaThermal Insulation Cladding System (ETICS)

The popularity of ElFS comes from its insulating qualities to reduce thermal loads on the exterior building wall and the light weight, lowcost, and the ability of the system to be sculpted into shapes andpatterns to achieve different aesthetic effects.

The mortar required by the ElFS/ETICS should have excellent adhesion and flexibility under various outdoor climate conditions. Newsanda cellulose ether are widely used for adhesive mortars and the embedding mortars in EIFS/ETICS.

The self-leveling compound is often known as floor screed or floor leveling compound and is essential for creating an even floor surface in preparation for upper flooring layers. lt is ideal for fillingdips in wooden floors or for smoothing concrete ones. it is very important to have an even-surfaced floor when planning to place ceramic tiles or any other floorings because uneven surfaces cause tiles to crack.

Self-leveling compounds with Newsanda cellulose ether significantly improved the rheology and workability of full ranges of flooring formulations, Newsanda HPMC leads to better leveling properties and excellent compressive strength, which are the key requirements for self-leveling compounds.

 
Newsanda cellulose ether is derived from refined cotton, which is acompletely natural material, it performs as a functional additive inthe home care products to improve their performance, as well asincrease the formulation efficiency.

A special grade of Newsanda cellulose ether(HPMC NS200PS) isused in detergents to stabilize emulsions and suspended particlesand is used for thickening and rheological modification of systemswith high surfactant content.

When Newsanda cellulose ether is used in detergent, its dosage should be determined according to the customer's design. the recommended addition amount is 0.5%-4.0% ofthe total formula. lt can also be used in conjunction with other types of thickeners according to different requirements to achieve the formulation design's viscosity and rheological properties.

Newsanda HPMC NS200PS is very well suited to thickening detergent liquids as they normally form a clear solution, have a good level of compatibility with ionic tensides, and can easily be incorporated into the detergent liquid, due to their delayed solubility. good storage stability will also be achieved.
