ZDEC Rubber Accelerator

ZDEC is a ultra-fast primary accelerator widely used in the rubber industry. It appears as white or light yellow powder with the chemical name Zinc Diethyldithiocarbamate and a melting point of 175°C minimum.

As a highly efficient accelerator, ZDEC provides very rapid curing speed at low temperatures. It is particularly suitable for latex and EPDM applications. It offers excellent processing safety with good scorch resistance during mixing.

ZDEC delivers strong vulcanization activity and enhances mechanical properties of cured rubber. It is commonly used in latex products, EPDM seals, and rubber mechanical goods. It can be used alone or in combination with other accelerators for optimized performance.

With low dosage requirements, ZDEC offers cost-effective performance while maintaining consistent quality. It disperses well in rubber compounds and provides good aging resistance.

Available in 25kg bags with a shelf life of 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Sample support is available upon request.
