Application---------------------------------------------------
This product is a non-ionic etherified cellulose, primarily used as a film-forming agent for film coating, and as an emulsifier, suspending agent, and stabilizer in gels and ointments. Its concentration typically ranges from 2% to 10%. When used as a binder in tablet formulations, the concentration is generally between 1% and 5%. It can also serve as a thickening agent in eye drops and artificial tears, with a concentration usually ranging from 0.45% to 1.0%. Additionally, it is used to prevent the formation of agglomerated particles or gel masses, thereby avoiding precipitation.
