Polyethylene wax (low molecular weight polyethylene)
 Polyethylene wax, also known as low molecular weight polyethylene, has a softening point exceeding 100°C, similar to high molecular weight polyethylene. Its melt viscosity and hardness are similar to paraffin wax. As a lubricant, it has stable chemical properties and good electrical properties.

Polyethylene wax is compatible with PE, PP, PVA, PVC, EPDM, and butyl rubber. It improves the flow properties of PE, PVC, PP, and ABS , as well as the mold release properties of PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) and PC (polycarbonate). Compared to other external lubricants, it provides superior internal lubricity. Furthermore, it can be used in printing inks, paper, concentrates, biodegradable masterbatches, ground films, candles, and other applications, as well as paints, hot melt adhesives, and adhesives.

Application

1) It acts as a lubricant, cost-saving agent, and mold release agent in the extrusion, calendering, injection, and blow molding processes of PE, PP, and other plastics. 
2) It acts as a dispersant for masterbatches, pigments, carbon black, matrix material additives, filler matrix materials, and other pigments. 
3) It is used in hot-melt road marking materials. 
4) It is used as an additive in shoe polishes, floor waxes, car waxes, polishing waxes, porcelain, pill waxes, paints, coatings, cables, carbon, paper, wax paper, and textile softeners. 
5) It is used as a rubber processing additive and automotive rust inhibitor.
