Fluorescent whitening

Optical brightener is a functional additive that absorbs UV light and emits blue fluorescence to enhance whiteness and brightness. It is widely used in plastics, coatings, textiles, detergents, and paper.

With excellent heat stability, it withstands processing temperatures above 280C, suitable for PC, PET, PA, PP, PE, ABS, and more through injection molding, extrusion, and film blowing. It offers good weather resistance and anti-migration, maintaining brightening effects under outdoor exposure without yellowing.

Recommended dosage is only 0.001%-0.05%, achieving ideal results with minimal addition for high cost-effectiveness.

Available in multiple grades including OB, OB-1, KCB, KSN, ER-I, CBS-X, and FP-127 to meet various substrate and processing needs. OB-1 (CAS 1533-45-5) suits polyester fibers and high-temperature plastics. KSN (CAS 5242-49-9) suits PET, PBT, PC, ABS, PA, and other engineering plastics.

Packed in 25kg drums or cartons with a shelf life of 24 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and sunlight. Samples are available upon request.
