XUELIAN®BLR-699 is a rutile titanium dioxide produced using sulfuric acid process, designed specifically for applications in various coatings and printing inks.

XUELIAN®BLR-699 has excellent comprehensive optical properties and can be quickly dispersed in both water-based and solvent based formulations. The zirconium aluminum coating surface treatment of this product gives it excellent weather resistance, which means that the product can be flexibly applied to various outdoor and indoor coating applications.
