Product Description

Thermoplastic expansion microspheres are a type of thermoplastic hollow polymer microspheres composed of a thermoplastic polymer shell and sealed alkane gas. When heating the expanded microspheres, the gas pressure inside the shell increases and the thermoplastic shell softens, resulting in a significant increase in the volume of the expanded microspheres.

The expandable microsphere foaming agent is simple to use and can be added to the formula, and the mixture can be mixed evenly,without needing to adjust the original process. The amount of the foaming agent is generally 1-3% depending on the industry and the achieved effect.
