Rubber accelerator ZDBC(BZ)  has a density of 1.24g and is used as a super accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and latex. Its performance in dry rubber and latex is similar to that of the accelerator ZDC, but it has greater activity and is most easily vulcanized at a temperature of 95-110 ℃. Latex containing this product can be used for one week without early vulcanization, making it a good activator for thiazole accelerators. This product has the function of an anti-aging agent in the mixed rubber, which can improve the aging resistance of the vulcanized rubber, without discoloration, pollution, and easy dispersion.
