Blowing agent AC is one of the most commonly used foaming agents in the rubber processing industry,As it decomposes, it gives off N2, CO2, and a small amount of NH3 .
Decomposition of the residue for white, and decomposition without odor.Blowing agent AC non - combustion, self - extinguishing, non - toxic, soluble in lye, insoluble in general solvents.The decomposition temperature of Blowing agent AC is high,Can be resolved by adding activator to temperature reduced to 150 from 220°C to 190°C.
It is Yellow powder,Relative molecular weight 116.1,Relative density 1.65,Fineness (200 mesh pass) ≥99.5%.Soluble in alkali, insoluble in alcohol, benzene and other general organic solvents, insoluble in water.Mainly nitrogen, car a small amount of carbon dioxide. Room temperature storage stability, self-extinguishing, above 120 ºC with the decomposition of gas.
